Instructor Bios

John Newlyn, CFPIM, CIRM

John has over 20 years of production experience, including experience in warehousing, inventory control, production planning, purchasing, master scheduling, quality management, and project management.  John was CPIM certified in 1994; CIRM certified in 1995 and achieved the CFPIM level in 1999.  He has been teaching APICS courses and seminars for several different APICS chapters over the last 10 years.

He is currently the president of the San Joaquin Valley Chapter of APICS.

Dick Decker , CPIM

Dick brings over 25 years of production experience in many industries including construction project management, labeling, printing, & manufacturing throughout the Central Valley. He is currently the vice president of Finance for the Gold Rush Chapter of APICS, and has been teaching APICS CPIM courses for 15 years.
